PublicContenu téléchargeable
open in viewerThe goal of this project is to assist the Beijing manufacturing facility of Pacific Can to implement a new step in their aluminum can drying process using infrared lighting to reduce costs, be more energy efficient, and be more environmentally friendly. We analyzed their current drying process, created SolidWorks design models for our new proposed system, built a prototype, and tested our prototype to determine if our proposed solution works and if it can be implemented in Pacific Can’s manufacturing line.
