This project studies the responsibilities of professional engineers when dealing with products liability lawsuits. The project holds an abundance of background information on what product liability is, along with the processes of a trial. The project uses three separate cases in which the information given has been effectively analyzed and reported upon by our project group. The project ends in a mock trial of these three cases to apply the physical aspects of the courtroom into the project.
