Archway Inc. is a non-profit organization that works collaboratively with families to provide services to children and adults with disabilities. The project started by defining ASD and how individuals with ASD are challenged. It also reviewed research on healthy diets, which highlights the benefits of different parts of the diets and the unique diet and nutrition needs of ASD individuals. In addition, this report provided recommendations for how Archway can reduce the cost of healthy meals and maximizing portion control. By doing this, Archway will save up to 20% on groceries and improve the nutritional value of the clients’ food.
