Sustainable Landscape Design: A Rain Garden on the WPI Campus

open in viewerFlooding and water pollution are tremendous problems for the Worcester community. The consequences of these problems can be detrimental to property, the environment, and the overall well- being of the community. Rain gardens are an innovative and logical way to help remedy these issues while bringing life and color to the area. With a community effort, we can use rain gardens to make significant improvements in the way Worcester deals with the issues of storm water runoff.
