This project analyzed the current global risk reporting structure at Lehman Brothers for market, credit, and operational risk based in New York and London. Through the use of the software package Business Objects, we updated existing and developed new reporting procedures. We implemented full-scale delivery of reports through a web interface. We also developed a Business Objects reporting framework, produced recommendations for the implementation of Business Objects, trained employees, and left Lehman Brothers with user guides to aid future work.
