This project proposes a preliminary water distribution system and community center design for Heifer International's Overlook Farm in Rutland, Massachusetts. The team worked with Heifer to establish design requirements and conducted research to obtain knowledge and an understanding applicable to design criteria. The design encompassed environmental impacts, construction factors, and cost estimating. The project report offers insight into recommendations made to Heifer along with a set of preliminary design plans.
