NaviRice: A Holographic Navigation Heads Up Display for Cars
PublicDownloadable Content
open in viewerThe purpose of this research project is to help drivers navigate by displaying holographic images on their windshield which stay in the same location in the real world as a novel heads-up display (HUD). With the HUD, drivers can keep their eyes on the road, without looking down to their phone for directions. We explored different methods to achieve this and aimed to get holographic directions displaying at least 90 Hz.
