The ASSISTments Foundation launched E-TRIALS (EdTech Research Infrastructure to Advance Learning Science) in early 2022 as a tool to aid researchers in understanding how best to assist students by evaluating different teaching methods and supports. Both improvements to the existing software as well as new features were designed and implemented.
