Enhancing the Candidate Experience at Pratt and Whitney

open in viewerThis Major Qualifying Project (MQP), which was prepared for Pratt and Whitney and as partial fulfillment of graduation requirements, looks to evaluate the application and onboarding process for employees. In particular, the goal of this project was to enhance the candidate accessibility and recruiting experience to better attract talent with disabilities. In order to accomplish this goal, the team evaluated the internal and external Pratt and Whitney careers page, the team experienced Super Day, and created a survey using Qualtrics which led to other focus groups and follow up interviews. From the teams’ evaluation of the websites, the survey, and follow up interviews/focus groups.
