Business dynamics: modeling Lawn Doctor of Nashoba Valley
PublicConstructing a system dynamics model for Lawn Doctor of Nashoba Valley determined feedbacks within the business. Research into current and hypothetical practices formulated the model construction. The model determined potential strategies Lawn Doctor could undertake to increase profits and customers. Studying customer satisfaction and employee productivity clarified the relationship between these variables. Presenting these improvements to owner, Paul Brannon, in the form of a game made it possible to manipulate changes in the model, without previous knowledge of system dynamics.
