PúblicoConteúdo disponível para baixar
open in viewerBanksia Gardens Community Centre, located in Broadmeadows, Victoria, Australia, aims to increase science interest through the development of an informal science education program. By analysing surveys, interviews, and observations, our team concluded that students in Broadmeadows favour specific science topics as well as hands-on learning; however, they have little belief that they can pursue science themselves. To motivate these students to want to be scientists, our team developed a program framework tailored towards their current science interests.
