The rise and fall of the dotcoms
PubblicoContenuto scaricabile
open in viewerThis project compares and contrasts two popular approaches to investing in stocks and analyzes various factors that contribute to stock price performance in the dotcom industry. By segmenting our data into pre and post 2000 periods, we find a comparison of the number of average returns for two different Wall Street Guru strategies. We utilize hypothesis testing to affirm the results of our data analysis to see if the two indices and two strategies were statistically different from each other.
