Enhancing Restaurant Service at Escuela Agrícola Public

To augment the self-sustainability of Escuela Agracola San Francisco de Asas, the team sought to improve the profitability of the student-run restaurant. The team aimed to increase the number of customers of the restaurant by improving customer service. Research of restaurant service in Paraguay and at the Escuela was conducted. The information gathered was used to develop an interactive training program, consisting of five video lessons with accompanying discussion questions, activities and worksheets. This program aimed to improve the restaurant service provided by the students.
