The goal of this project was to develop a Business Intelligence solution for Clark University’s Enrollment and Admission’s team through leveraging domestic application and interaction data to inform and improve their strategic solutions and business outcomes. To achieve this goal, an iterative development methodology was followed to create two dynamic, comprehensive dashboards that display actionable insights and trends into their key performance areas and support data-driven decisions.
