The electronic commerce Balanced Scorecard

The goal of this project was to create a Balanced Scorecard for business-to-consumer electronic commerce companies. Past data was collected and analyzed from selected companies in order to create nonfinancial benchmarks to be used within the scorecard. Due to sporadic data, this analysis led to the creation of a theoretical Balanced Scorecard as well as recommendations for creating a personalized scorecard for individual electronic commerce companies.

  • This report represents the work of one or more WPI undergraduate students submitted to the faculty as evidence of completion of a degree requirement. WPI routinely publishes these reports on its website without editorial or peer review.
