The goal of this project was to ensure financial stability and cultural integration of a small-scale contemporary art gallery in Kyoto. Through interviews, observations, and analysis, the results of this project showed possible ways of collaboration within the Kyoto art scene. A foundation for the gallery was established with a website, a contact database, and an art gallery map.
