This project provides a history and overview of the power generation, transmission and distribution industry. It looks at future scenarios for generation and demand for the PJM system, which is primarily composed of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland. This information is used to determine future capacity margins of specific zones within PJM. An overall look is then taken at the possible future state of the PJM power system.
