Men on the Side of the Road (MSR), founded in 2007 to help people find job opportunities, is an organization which has several training programs to prepare its members for employment. While busy expanding their efforts to reach more people, MSR has expressed the need to understand what hiring managers desire on job applications to help their members better represent themselves when applying. During the seven weeks in Namibia the team interviewed companies from different sectors and analyzed findings in which nine themes became apparent. For communication and sustainability purposes, a booklet was designed for MSR members to work alongside when applying to create ideal job applications.
