WPI’s global programs have grown exponentially in the past few years. This growth has happened in an administrative void, lacking a clear pathway for members of the community to assist in establishing new project centers where the program is currently lacking. By investigating the process to establish new project centers, I determined that the process lacks structure and clarity. However, based upon what I found, Montreal is extremely suitable and would be a great testing ground to improve all global projects.
