This project makes an assessment utilizing the Project Definition Rating Index and applying it to the recently completed WPI Campus Center. By examining construction issues we formed recommendations that will aid WPI in avoiding similar concerns throughout future endeavors. It also reviews the performance and constructability of the specified Grace Perm-A-Barrier used in the building envelope. In order to determine the effectiveness of the Barrier calculations were made comparing vapor transmission through the wall system with, and without the barrier.
