This project presents the design and construction planning of Prudential View Estates, a residential subdivision of a 13.5 acre plot of land located in the Town of Northborough, MA. Design aspects include land surveying, drafting, septic systems, roadway design, and cost estimates. Design activities are heavily supported by the use of civil engineering software such as AutoCAD R14 and Soft Desk 8.0. A complete set of plans has been produced.
