open in viewerThis report was prepared for the National Center for Environmental Research (NCER), a division of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). NCER runs the EPA Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program. This report explores, through background research, interviews, and analysis, how environmental technology travels along the technology continuum to identify ways to be effectively commercialized. The major outcome for this project is recommendations for EPA on how to further develop their SBIR program to commercialize a greater percentage of technologies.
