Computer-based project management :Bullard Street Elementary School

Pubblico

On most construction projects, there are many factors that cause changes to the originally planned schedule. This report analyzes the differences between the original plan and the actual sequence of construction for the Bullard Street Elementary School in Holden Massachusetts. Tasks performed in this project include periodic field trips to the job-site to observe and record construction progress and attendance at the owner-contractor meetings. Further tasks included the maintenance of the project's web page, the creation of an "as-built" schedule. Cost estimates of major portions of the labor cost as well as a detailed analysis of the total masonry cost were performed. An analysis of the damaged slab on grade in the kindergarten wing of the school was also studied.
