The PIC REALTIME SEQUENCER is a description of a MIDI sequencer designed using PIC microcontroller hardware. This paper describes the software portion of the project, including a simulator designed to showcase the user interface and functionality of the system. This report details the thought process that went into the design and details the evolution between the initial design and finalized design, and the implementation details that were made when writing a simulator.
