Público DepositedContenido Descargable
open in viewerThis paper explores the feasibility of implementing an entrepreneurial education program with an almond cooperative in Ighrem, Morocco. Inspired by Fundación Paraguaya's sustainable school model and educational frameworks by Junior Achievement, the initiative intends to empower the community with a proposed training model, enhancing the cooperative's prosperity. Using a qualitative needs assessment involving community engagement and interviewing subject matter experts, the study aims to identify key challenges and opportunities in adapting the model to suit the cooperative and Ighrem's needs.
