Development of An IOT Sensor for Remote Health Monitoring

open in viewerThis report documents the early development stages for an In-situ humidity monitoring and alert system for adult incontinence products. Using blue tooth-connected, smart sensor technology, and disposable materials, conceptual designs for a prototype and a plan to test its economic and technical feasibility were developed. A complete design specification was created based on market research and a Quality Function Deployment analysis of customer demands and industry constraints.
