Preventing Burnout in Healthcare Settings Using Mobile Technology

open in viewerThe goal of this project was to develop a technology-based intervention to reduce the physical, emotional, and spiritual burnout experienced by providers and staff in healthcare settings. We used Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology to develop a web application prototype that allows the user to track daily habits and manage journal entries that will help them to rest and renew their energy levels.
