In the age of ubiquitous data, effective management is crucial. The project focuses on assisting Hong Kong's Standards and Testing Centre (STC) in implementing a data aggregation solution for web analytics. The goals include assessing current data management, analyzing techniques, developing an implementation guide, and executing the chosen technique. The strategic sequence involves understanding STC's goals, market research, and evaluating existing solutions or creating a custom prototype aligned with STC's objectives. The aim is to provide meaningful reports for data-driven marketing decisions through web analytics data aggregation.
