Design of a stand-alone test matrix utilizing Visual Basic programming language to improve the performance of the internal system maintenance software programs of Teradyne's J750 test system. With the complement of the revised relay test section in the maintenance program, the test matrix is able to separate system board failures, as well as identifying potential component failures on the system boards.
