This project aims to promote a sustainable food lifestyle to Kyoto residents through organic urban farming. We built a classroom in Kyoto to create a direct pipeline for Kyoto residents to learn about organic urban farming. We hope to repair the broken relationship between traditional Japanese food and Kyoto residents, and combat chemical farming. By raising awareness, we expect a rise in interest in urban farming among Kyoto residents.
