Effect of Emergency Care for Congestive Heart Failure on Short Term Outcomes
PubblicoContenuto scaricabile
open in viewerTo date, there is no universal treatment protocol for patients admitted to the emergency room presenting symptoms of congestive heart failure. In this project, short term patient outcomes including length of hospital stay, severity of symptoms, and hospital admission were recorded and compared with the specific treatment procedure each patient received. The goal was to review the treatments and attempt to highlight any trends present in the data that may lead to the development of a universal treatment protocol.
