The goal of this project was to help the sponsor better utilize the donation data they are currently collecting by developing a donation analytics system to better understand their donors and improve donor retention. We achieved this goal by developing a set of dashboards in Power BI and creating predictive models using DataRobot. The final set of dashboard prototypes display data on annual events, yearly and monthly trends. The predictive model prototypes predict whether a donor will be a recurring donor and how much a donor will donate in the subsequent year.
