MassMEP creates economic impact by transforming manufacturing enterprises and the manufacturing ecosystem in Massachusetts. The organization works with a variety of SME manufacturers to improve operations, enhance workforce skills, and expand innovation programs. They now want to expand into the medical device manufacturing industry. To do that, this project provides MassMEP with a better understanding of the Massachusetts medical device manufacturing industry and presents a marketing strategy and digital marketing program that will help MassMEP engage with SME medical device manufacturers.
