The current set of standard operating procedures, SOPs used by WPI EMS are both inadequate and obsolete. The purpose of this project was to develop a comprehensive set of operating procedures, the "WPI EMS Policies and Procedures Manual," that clearly and specifically explain the duties and responsibilities of the members of WPI EMS. To complete this project, the project team analyzed the policies of five EMS organizations as well as conducted interviews with some of those agencies.

• This report represents the work of one or more WPI undergraduate students submitted to the faculty as evidence of completion of a degree requirement. WPI routinely publishes these reports on its website without editorial or peer review.
