open in viewerThe paper, composed for Worcester Polytechnic Institute, examines the various implications and possible solutions of Alzheimer’s disease in society. It begins with a briefing on the numerous physiological characteristics of the disease and continues with a dissertation of the current treatments and possible future treatments, with the aid of early detection techniques. Furthermore, the paper also discusses the relationship of the disease with other disorders and assesses the socioeconomic impacts of Alzheimer’s presently, with a conjecture on possible future techniques.
