Public DepositedDownloadable Content
open in viewerThis project aimed to enhance the data management system supporting the Adult Learning Program at CERES School of Nature and Climate in Melbourne, Australia. We followed a human-centred, iterative design approach, using recursive interviews with staff to develop a robust understanding of their needs. The result was a centralised system that includes automations to significantly reduce manual data entry, improve communication and create data reporting visualisations, complete with technical documentation and training.
