Perspectives of development -- operant viewpoints in Thailand's Royal Development Projects

This study examined viewpoints of development officials in Thailand's Royal Development Projects. The Q methodology was used to identify common views among 13 participants affiliated with The Office of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn's Development Projects and The Royal Project Foundation. The study identified three factors representing ideas and concepts that motivate development policy in Thailand. The study discusses these findings in relationship to the stated development principles of the participating organizations, as well as established development theories.
