Innovative Mobility in Switzerland
PublicDownloadable Content
open in viewerThis project, completed in collaboration with the Swiss Academy of Engineering Sciences (SATW), establishes the knowledge and attitudes of the Swiss public (mainly those living in urban areas) regarding innovative mobility in Switzerland. Through our survey and conversational interviews with our participants, we determined that the public’s knowledge of innovative mobility is mostly conceptual rather than specific. We also determined that when envisioning the future, they tend to focus on goals in the abstract rather than on individual technologies. These findings and our associated recommendations will aid the SATW in their effort to assist the public in making informed decisions about the future of innovative mobility technologies in Switzerland.
