open in viewerThis IQP was completed in Melbourne, Australia, and contains an analysis of the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) of Australia and a checklist to determine the compliance of Victoria's Department of Human Services' facilities. In addition to the checklist, an ideas manual that contains a number of potential problems and possible solutions, as well as general considerations involved in disability access, was developed to aid the Department in becoming DDA compliant.
