open in viewerThe goal of this project was to research caseflow management systems and identify features of these systems that may be helpful to improve the efficiency of the Worcester District Court. This was done using the first justice of this court as a resource, as well as the Massachusetts District Court Judicial Education Conference and others within the Massachusetts court system. We placed an emphasis on solutions that ensure improvement of the public's trust and confidence in the courts.
