Millbury/Sutton joint development design study

Public

The Millbury/Sutton Joint Development Design Study proposed the development of a 250-acre site, which balanced environmental preservation with increased economic opportunity. A feasibility study of the site included an analysis of environmental conditions, infrastructure availability, and land use regulation. Combining these factors, the proposed site design integrated a land use plan, roadway design, building layout, and open space plan. Consequent drainage and traffic impacts were determined. The final site design successfully fulfilled the objectives of the two towns.
