Design of an automatic control mechanism
ÖffentlichThis project's goal was to design and construct an automatically controlled paintball gun. This device is able to locate, aim, and fire paintballs at the target. The project consisted of five phases; design, machining, assembly, analysis and testing. Rotational motion about a vertical and horizontal axis is controlled using stepper motors. Machining was done both manually and with the aid of CNC machines. The results of this project included a mechanism, which met all task specifications.
