Lerdsin Hospital is a public health care facility in Bangkok, Thailand. They have recently expanded their facilities to handle more patients, but have not renovated their outpatient pharmacy. Because of this, the efficiency of their outpatient pharmacy has suffered and their turnaround time has greatly increased. Several pharmacies in the US have been researched to determine the best pharmacy practices. The practices that would work best with Thai culture and Lerdsin Hospital's financial restraints were then determined.
