The incorporation of auxetic steel into concrete structures improves their mechanical properties significantly, making them more resistant to compressive loads and deformations. Furthermore, the natural adaptability of auxetic materials allows for the design of structures that can actively and flexibly react to changing loads and climate conditions, promoting the development of more intelligent and efficient building processes
