This Major Qualifying Project focuses on the construction of a home. The report contains the aspects of each step of the construction process including the site plan and permitting, the construction program and specifications for the house, as well as an interior finish schedule. A cost estimate and time schedule are also developed and shown. Floor plans, front and rear elevations, and the building section are included in the report.
