An Analysis of grassroots water activist groups in the Colorado River Basin
PublicDownloadable Content
open in viewerGrassroots water activist groups which care about the Colorado River Basin were assessed. A survey of the groups was performed in order to ascertain what their goals tended to be, how they were linked, what their methods and motivations were, and which characteristics tended towards efficacy. It is critical for concerned scientists to understand these groups so that they know who to work with when conducting research, sharing results, and making recommendations.
