Pedestrian Connectivity Along Victoria Harbour
PublicDownloadable Content
open in viewerThe goal of this project was to provide recommendations for increasing the pedestrian continuity and accessibility of Victoria Harbour’s waterfront. Through observations, archival research, and a public survey, we determined the current and future condition of the waterfront, allowing us to make recommendations for improving pedestrian access. Although only approximately one third of the harbourfront allows pedestrian access, we identified and recommend marked detour routes to help connect existing promenades to create a continuous pedestrian loop around Victoria Harbour.
