Copyright Law in the Digital Age
PublicDownloadable Content
open in viewerThis project studied the history of copyright law in the United States and the changes over time, particularly with respect to technological progress. An analysis of public opinion on file sharing and copyright in general was then conducted using a survey of college students as well as an analysis of some Internet content. With the results of these studies and research, we pinpointed some areas of contention where public policy could be improved and proceeded to make some recommendations.
