This paper documents my efforts to identify the best potential sites for the implementation of new telemetry stations for the Motus Wildlife Tracking System network with the ultimate purpose to contribute to the conservation of birds in North America. Information was collected through interviews and literary research, and then analyzed using online mapping tools. It was suggested to create a fence of seven new receiving stations running from southeast to northwest Massachusetts connecting to already existing stations using mostly Yagi antennas. Some areas were layered in maps where potential sites exist. It was recommended to continue reviewing the topography of the suggested areas, and to add approximately three other receiving stations were Motus studies are dedicated.
