In this project we designed and renovated two spaces, for art and music, in the hopes of fostering academic, therapeutic and emotional benefits of these media. Through the use of interviews, surveys, and participatory design we crossed international, cultural, age, and language barriers. This allowed us to organize an approach to create the room designs, and renovate the existing spaces. We then tested the usability of the newly created rooms through a usability study and found the design/renovation successful.
